2015 Kia Sedona LX

We purchased our 2015 Sedona from Seelye Kia back when they owned the local Holland, Michigan Kia dealership. We experienced great sales and service. This was our second Kia purchased from Seelye, the first being a 2012 Sorrento.

We upgraded the space as our family was growing. The Sedona is great for hauling kids, their gear and the dogs. It truely is a part of the family, as evident by all the pictures it is in.

This is why this lousy episode with Elhart Auto Kia Service management has been so hard on us. We are seeing a family member being treated so badly and hurt. The car will never be the same again.

There’s just no trust left with Elhart Kia to have done the job correctly after all the lies that we caught them in about how they serviced the car.
We are especially disappointed with Frank S. who threw the Parts Department staff under the bus by blaming them for giving the technician the wrong dip stick.
